Why wouldn't I just hire a full time designer?

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

Can I really make unlimited requests?

YES! Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How quickly can you start?

We can get started as soon as you subscribe! Once you have uploaded a request to your board the design work will start straight away. (Mon - Fri)

How long do designs take to complete?

Most of the jobs are completed within 2-3 days, however, larger more complex tasks will take longer. 

Who are the designers?

DL Multimedia prides itself on its personalized approach, with me, the founder, leading your projects to ensure quality and precision. While I spearhead all initiatives, for specialized tasks like development, I collaborate with a skilled team of partners. This collaborative model guarantees your projects are delivered with utmost quality and efficiency, all under expert guidance.

Is there a minimum commitment?

There is no minimum commitment and you can cancel your membership at anytime. 

How do I request designs?

DL Multimedia offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

What happens after I subscribe?

After subscribing you will receive welcome email and a link to your Trello board. All instructions will be included in the email (there is not many, its simple). You can start adding design jobs to your queue right away. 

What if I don't like the design?

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

Is there any design work you don't cover?

Absolutely. DL Multimedia does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, video, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
